One of our favorite italian desserts. Great, that combinaton of fruit and panna cotta.
Makes 4 servings
Time to prepare: 20 min. 30 min. To cool off, and 4 hrs to become firm.
Remove the marrow, with a sharp knife from the vanilla stick. Add the marrow and stick together with to sugar to the cream. Warm up the cream in 15 min. But do not let it cook. Remove the pan from the stove, and remove the vanilla stick.
Leave the gelatine sheets for 5 min. in cold water. Squeeze the sheets and add them to the warm cream.
Cool off the cream by stirring regularly. Pour the cream in 4 forms. Cover them, and let them grow firm in approx. 4 hours.
Make the raspberries . If you use raspberries from the freezer, heat them up shortly in a small pan. Add some powdered sugar and liqueur. Save it in the fridge until use.
Pour the raspberries sauce over the panna cotta and garnish with fresh red fruit.
